Tiny Bio | Painter, writer, filmmaker

Tiny Statement | This series explores identity, vulnerability, and the layers through which we see one another.  Gauze is introduced as a physical layer over and within the painted surface. Traditionally associated with protection and healing, the gauze functions here as both a barrier and a filter. It partially obscures the face while simultaneously drawing attention to it, suggesting ways we mask, protect, or mend ourselves.  By combining delicate watercolor with tactile materials, the portraits exist between exposure and concealment. The works invite viewers to look slowly and consider what is revealed, what is hidden, and how meaning is shaped by the layers in between.
